14-Day Return and Exchange Policy for Wild Range & Co.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange for store credit only. This is the best option because you can just use that to treat yourself again...girl math. 

We expect the items to be unused, unwashed, with tags and original packing.

Final sale items, beef tallow, sale and clearance items, are not eligible for return or exchange.

We will not accept returns or exchanges if there is makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind.              

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible.

Customers will be responsible for their own shipping. We WILL NOT be providing a shipping label.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please email us at wildrangeandco@gmail.com and we will help you get the right item!

If the exchange item is available, we will process and ship it to you at no additional cost.

If it is not an even exchange, customers will be expected to pay the difference. 

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gift cards, Beef Tallow and other items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Costs

If the return or exchange is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
